I have a different driver and it worked for me. In reply to Ratandeep’s post on August 12, This thread is locked. Further info “can’t bind to the IP Protocol stack”.

Sorry this didn’t help. I open a command prompt to do an ipconfig – I just get “Windows network configuration”, no IP addresses, nothing.
